OMEGA SmartBuild was established...

...out of the work of established partners such as OmegaGroup and Ruhl TecConsult. New partnerships have been formed with additional qualified companies such as W&A Green Solutions to further develop more advanced building technologies. Over several years, the partnership worked to design and engineer a unique modular housing concept that was based on the principles of purpose, culture, energy, building technology and affordability. Omega SmartBuild and its partners offer customers a high-quality affordable product entirely designed and engineered by its in-house design and engineering staff.

Today, OMEGA has a global reach and offers “SmartBuild” solutions to customers and partners via a range of interrelated companies:

• “OMEGA SmartBuild Americas” is headquartered in Toronto, Canada and is responsible for all project coordination in North and South America. As part of an innovation and know-how transfer hub, “SmartBuild Americas” offers sustainable planning and extreme climate solutions.
• “Omega SmartBuild East Africa AS” is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and focuses solely on projects in East and Central Africa. This unit has a focus on affordable housing for the rising middle classes and interconnects with governmental programs for development.
• “FirstOmega” stands for individual First Nations cooperation in North America. Delivering high-quality solutions to remote locations while integrating and training a First Nations workforce stands at the core of this division.
• Ruhl TecConsult GmbH is headquartered in Germany and is responsible for the challenging technical coordination, product development and certification coordination for the above network companies. Ruhl won the Environmental Prize in Rhineland Palatinate, Germany in 2008 underlining the overall focus on innovative circular economy planning.
• “OmegaGroup Middle East FZE” coordinates the global activities from its offices in the United Arab Emirates and holds the relevant shares and trademarks in the network companies.
